1. Our Products
Community Outreach Programs, LLC provides educational and safety-related products, including coloring books and other materials intended for community outreach, education, and public safety programs.
Many of our products are produced using a print-on-demand fulfillment process. We may also offer bulk quantities and products customized or personalized for police departments, sheriff's offices, fire departments, schools, government agencies, organizations, and other customers.
2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless other arrangements have been expressly agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, inability to fulfill an order, unauthorized use of intellectual property, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received and production has not been completed, an appropriate refund will be issued.
3. Pricing
Prices, product descriptions, availability, shipping charges, and promotions may change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate. However, typographical, pricing, or other errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and, when appropriate, cancel or modify an affected order. If an order is canceled because of an error after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Print-on-Demand Products
Many products are printed specifically after an order is placed. Production time is therefore separate from shipping and delivery time.
Minor variations in printing, color, trimming, positioning, paper, or other production characteristics may occur and are not necessarily considered defects when they are within normal commercial printing tolerances.

5. Customized and Personalized Orders
Customers requesting customized products are responsible for reviewing and approving all personalization, including department or organization names, spelling, colors, logos, artwork, wording, and other requested modifications.
Once a customer has approved a customized design and the order has entered production, the order generally cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded, except when the product is damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the approved design.
Customers submitting logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, names, insignia, or other materials for customization represent that they have the necessary permission or legal authority to use those materials and to authorize Community Outreach Programs, LLC and its fulfillment providers to reproduce them for the customer's order.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should review that policy before placing an order, particularly when purchasing customized, personalized, bulk, or print-on-demand products.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping delays may occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, supply issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the original books, characters, illustrations, artwork, text, designs, logos, educational materials, product names, website content, and other original materials offered by Community Outreach Programs, LLC are owned by or licensed to Community Outreach Programs, LLC and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or grant permission to reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, resell reproductions, modify, or commercially exploit protected content except as expressly authorized in writing.
9. Educational and Safety Information
Our books and other materials are intended to provide general educational, safety, and community-outreach information. They are not a substitute for instructions from parents, guardians, teachers, law-enforcement personnel, firefighters, emergency responders, medical professionals, or other appropriate authorities.
Customers and supervising adults remain responsible for determining whether particular materials and activities are appropriate for the children or audiences using them.
10. Website Use
You agree not to use our website or products for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in a manner that violates the rights of Community Outreach Programs, LLC or another person or organization.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website or use its content in violation of applicable intellectual-property rights.
